A little history about us. Troop 416 was started a little over 10 years ago to give boys in our area a Boy Scout program that is non LDS oriented. We started with 3-4 boys, 3 leaders and 3 committee members. In the last 10 years we have at times expanded the troop to over 40 boys, 12 leaders and 10 or more committee members. We believe we have an awesome troop because we have families of all religions, faiths, cultures and backgrounds. The support we receive from the boys' parents is fantastic! We can usually call on them to help when needed. The main goal as leaders and committee members of Troop 416 is to provide a trusting atmosphere, leadership skills, friendly activities, outdoor adventure, skills to survive in the wilderness and in life, but most of all, to have FUN! We have many campouts, service projects that the boys enjoy and fundraisers to buy the supplies and equipment needed. If you or know someone who would like to be part of our Troop, please contact us!
